The Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference + Expo, hosted by General Motors, features four days of business, motivational, and leadership seminars designed to empower and profit emerging and established minority businesses.
G. Street Interiors attended Charlotte's first Black Enterprise (Magazine’s) Entrepreneur’s Conference and Expo. The event was exceptional and we gained invaluable national exposure through TV, radio, internet, and print media. Our event exhibition booth was photographed by Black Enterprise Magazine and our designer Ericka Williams was interviewed and lauded by the magazine’s representatives, for her unique design style and for her success at the event. Our exhibit was visited, and many times photographed, by more than three hundred attendees. All of our design elements on display, although not for sale initially, were enthusiastically acquired by many style conscious business professionals attracted to the distinctive design and exceptional quality of our furniture and accessories.
